Certificates & Standards

Credentials you can verify, not just read.

Access to an aircraft is a matter of trust. These are the standards, training and coverage behind every LUMN crew that steps onto your ramp — documentation available on request.

Insured Operations

Liability coverage written for work on aircraft — not borrowed from an auto-detailing policy. Certificates of insurance are provided to your FBO or flight department before we start.

COI available on request

Trained Detailing Crew

Every technician is trained on aircraft-specific surfaces — paint systems, brightwork, acrylic and glass transparencies, placards and static ports — before touching a customer aircraft.

Aircraft-specific training

Ramp & FOD Discipline

Our crews follow FOD-awareness and ramp-safety practices on every job: controlled staging, tool accountability, and clean handoff of the movement area.

Every job, every field

Aviation-Grade Products

We use only products rated for aviation use, applied per the manufacturer's specification — safe for paint, sealants, brightwork and transparencies.

Spec-compliant chemistry

Documented Walk-arounds

Every service closes with a documented walk-around — photographed where requested — so the condition of the aircraft at release is never a matter of memory.

Condition on record

FBO Coordination

We schedule directly with your FBO or hangar manager, comply with field access requirements, and work around the flight schedule — arrivals and releases on time.
